The two of us have dedicated our lives to dance and movement, primarily in the form of Classical Ballet. From a very early age we have spent countless hours studying our bodies, exploring the patterns and pathways necessary to maximize efficiency each step of the way. We are enthused to share our compiled experiential knowledge of the body, coupled and reinforced with cutting edge modalities, to people who would love to discover or improve their bodies, or the quality and comfort of their daily lives.

Fortunately experiencing The GYROTONIC® Method is not limited to advanced movers, although we especially love assisting dancers, athletes and active individuals take their physical potential to the next level. Regardless of your current ability level or goal, we are committed to share what we know with anyone looking to find balance in themselves. Our bodies sustained frequent injuries, some requiring surgery and major rehabilitation, throughout our dancing years. Our goal is to help you avoid these setbacks whenever possible to keep you doing what you love most. By identifying imbalance, then building a strategy to realign the body, anyone can experience movement in a more therapeutic and empowering way, helping carry them through life.
